How are Mushly products different from other mushroom products?

Many functional mushroom products on the market are made using the mycelium of the fungi, which excludes some of the beneficial compounds naturally found in the mushroom fruiting bodies. Mushly products are different because they are made with 100% fruiting body extracts, providing the full spectrum of benefits. Mushly products are grain-free, and are manufactured in a GMP Certified facility in the USA.

Do Mushly products contain any psilocybin or psychedelic ingredients?

No. All Mushly products are made with functional mushroom extracts and have no psychedelic properties.

How should I store my Mushly products?

All Mushly products should be stored at room temperature and out of direct sunlight. Changes in color can occur in natural products like ours, but that will not change the quality or potency of the product.

Do Mushly products have an expiration date?

When stored in proper conditions (at or below room temperature, out of direct sunlight) our products have a naturally long shelf life and are very stable. We include the manufacturing date and expiration date on all of our products to provide you peace of mind.

Do you offer samples?

Due to the high quality and rigorous standards of our products, we are unable to offer samples at this time. Sample size products may be offered at a future date.

Are Mushly products vegan friendly?

Yes. Our products are also plant based, keto friendly and paleo friendly. Our products are dairy free, soy free, grain free and sugar free.

Do Mushly capsules contain animal products?

No. All Mushly products are plant based and vegan friendly.

Do Mushly products contain caffeine?

All Mushly products are caffeine-free and artificial stimulant-free.

Do Mushly products contain allergens?

Mushly products do not contain milk, dairy of any kind, eggs, fish, shellfish, wheat, grain, soy, or added sugar. For a full list of ingredients for the product you are purchasing, please review each product’s Supplement Facts.

Where are Mushly products made?

All Mushly products are formulated, manufactured, and packaged in the USA. 

Are Mushly products tested?

Yes. All Mushly products are third-party tested for quality and potency. For more information please review each product’s testing data.

How much should I take?

All Mushly products should be used only as directed on the label. Results may vary. Please consult your doctor before taking any supplements.

ORDERS & SHIPPING

Where does Mushly ship?

We ship to all 50 states. For shipping to Canada and Mexico, please reach out to us at hello@trymushly.com.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Order processing usually takes 1 to 2 business days. Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 5-7 business days, depending on the shipping method selected. Orders placed after 2:00 PM CT will be processed the next business day. You will receive a shipment notification via email with a tracking number once your order has been processed. Please note, selecting express or expedited shipping will not decrease an order's processing time.

Can I track my order?

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Can I change my shipping address?

Your shipping address cannot be changed once an order has been placed. You can edit your shipping address before an order has been placed by going into your account.

Can I cancel my order after it has shipped?

You can cancel a subscription order before its charge date, however we are unable to cancel an order once it has been processed. You can check your account for shipping details.

Are you able to ship to P.O. boxes?

Yes, we can ship anywhere in the U.S., including P.O. boxes.

What if my order says ‘Delivered’, but I didn’t receive it?

Occasionally, products may track as ‘delivered’ before they actually arrive. We recommend waiting 24-48 hours. If your order hasn’t arrived after that time, please reach out to us at hello@trymushly.com.

Do you offer international shipping?

Not at this time.

Can I call you to place an order?

Thank you for your interest in our products. We currently only offer online ordering at this time. However, if you have a question, you can visit our contact page or email us at hello@trymushly.com. Our team will respond within 24 hours. Thank you!

My product arrived damaged, what can I do?

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction, so if you have an issue with your order or aren't completely satisfied, we will fix it. Our team will arrange returns and coordinate exchanges and refunds. Email us at hello@trymushly.com and we will make it right.

What is your return policy?
